What is The Circle?

The Circle is a membership offering designed for collectors who want closer access to new arrivals and priority service on ReSee.

What is The Collector’s Circle?

The Collector’s Circle is the most complete Circle experience. It includes all the benefits of The Circle, along with additional privileges such as item reservation, increased flexibility on size-related returns, access to Private Sales, and invitations to events and masterclasses.

What does membership cost?

The Circle is available at €32 per month, or €352 billed annually (one complimentary month included).

The Collector’s Circle is available at €54 per month, or €594 billed annually (one complimentary month included).

Pricing is subject to change for future subscription periods. Any changes will not affect an active subscription and will be communicated in advance.

What does “24-hour early access” mean?

Members of The Circle and The Collector’s Circle can view and purchase selected new arrivals up to 24 hours before they are made available to non-members.

Circle members benefit from a dedicated interface highlighting newly listed pieces. Members who have signed up for alerts on specific items or categories may also receive notifications before non-members when relevant pieces go live.

All items on ReSee are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Early access does not guarantee availability.

 

What is priority shipping?

Orders placed by Circle members are prioritised during preparation and dispatch.

This service ensures that Circle orders are handled first, while shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times remain unchanged. Priority shipping reflects prioritised fulfilment, not express delivery.

 

What is the 24-hour item reservation?

(Collector’s Circle only)

Collector’s Circle members may reserve eligible items for up to 24 hours directly from the product page.

  • Each member may place up to two reservations per month
  • Only items in the general catalogue are eligible
  • Items in the 24-hour early access window cannot be reserved
  • While reserved, an item is temporarily unavailable to other clients
  • If the item is not purchased within the reservation window, it is automatically released back for sale

Reservation availability may be limited during periods of exceptionally high demand. ReSee reserves the right to suspend or restrict reservation privileges in cases of misuse.

What does “returns on size-related items” mean?

(Collector’s Circle only)

Collector’s Circle members may return clothing and shoes that are normally marked as final sale, provided the return is due to sizing.

All returns remain subject to ReSee’s standard return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact
  • Return requests must be made within the applicable return window
  • Return shipping costs and handling fees apply as usual

This benefit applies only to size-related issues. ReSee reserves the right to revoke this benefit if it reasonably determines that it is being misused or abused.

What are Private Sales?

(Collector’s Circle only)

Private Sales are limited-time sales accessible exclusively to Collector’s Circle members.

They may feature pieces that are typically excluded from promotions, including collector items. During a Private Sale, these pieces are visible only to eligible members.

What are private events and masterclasses?

(Collector’s Circle only)

Collector’s Circle members may receive invitations to curated events, talks, or masterclasses organised by ReSee.

Attendance is subject to availability, capacity limits, location, and scheduling. Invitations do not guarantee attendance.

How does billing work?

Memberships are offered as recurring subscriptions and may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

Annual subscriptions include one complimentary month, reflected in the total annual price.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

 

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

 

 

Is the membership refundable?

Membership fees are non-refundable after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within this period and membership benefits have already been activated at the member’s request, any refund will be adjusted proportionally to reflect services already provided, in accordance with French consumer law.
