RETURNS:

ReSee offers for sale one of a kind, rare vintage pieces. 

In our efforts to continually improve our customer service, we accept returns on most clothing and shoe items. All bags, accessories and some clothing with particular rarity / provenance are Final Sales. Please consult the product page of each item for its return policy. Returns are only accepted for items sold within the European Union, UK and U.S.A. Sales in other territories are Final.

Due to French shipping and customs restrictions on returns, we will send pre-paid shipping vouchers for items where returns are accepted.

Return Shipping Fees (not including processing fee):
European Union : 30 Euros
UK: 35 Euros
U.S.A : 65 Euros

Kindly note that customs duties and taxes are not refundable for all orders outside of the EU. 

French clients are invited to return or drop off the pieces to us directly within 3 days. There is no charge for French returns except for original credit card transaction fee.

RETURN PAYMENT TRANSACTION FEES POLICY 

Kindly note that starting from October 2019, Paypal and Credit card will no longer reimburse the 5% original transaction fee, this will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Starting from May 1st, 2020, all credit card transaction fees (3-5%) will no longer be reimbursed for all return orders. 


How to Return an item:

- Email returns@resee.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please state order number in the subject and the reason for return.

- We will send you a pre-paid shipping voucher for the return. You will have 3 working days to organize a pick up with DHL

- Once received and inspected you will receive a return in the item amount, minus above-noted return shipping and processing fees, within 30 days.


Please understand that these are rare Vintage pieces - there is only one piece of each! The return item must be returned in its original condition with ReSEE hang-tag intact. 
Time frame on Returns must be respected in order for us to accept the return. Failure to respect the aforementioned deadlines will result in a Re-Sell of the piece versus a refund.

 

What happens if I want to return a piece that is Final Sale?

ReSee will gladly re-sell any item Final Sale item that you do not wish to keep.
How to Re-Sell an item:

- Email returns@resee.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please state order number in the subject and the reason for return.

- We will send you a payment for a pre-paid shipping voucher for the return. You will have 3 working days to organize a pick up with DHL.

- Once received and inspected we will re-list the piece under your account and you will receive 100% of sale minus shipping, transaction and customs and duties) once re-sold.
