Return Policy
Returns are accepted for eligible items within the European Union and the United States. Please note that return conditions depend on the location of the piece.
If you return an item shipped from another region, original customs duties are non-refundable. As these duties are calculated as a percentage of the item value, they can represent a significant amount. In addition, the following flat return fees apply:
United States: €25
European Union: €30
France: €20
Please note that the original 5% transaction fee is non-refundable.
Items shipped outside of the European Union and the United States are considered final sale.

How to Return an Item
Our concierge team processes return requests within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (10am–6pm CET).
1 – Email contact@resee.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Specify order number, product name, and reason for return.
2 – We review your request and send a payment link for the return shipping + applicable fees. Payment must be completed within 24 hours.
3 – Once paid, you’ll receive a pre-paid DHL shipping label and scheduled pick-up. Please ensure the package is ready for pickup.
4 – You’ll receive a confirmation email once the package is received by ReSee.
5 – Items returned will be carefully inspected for condition and consistency with the original listing.
6 – If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
⚠️ Returned items must be in their original condition with the ReSee hanger tag intact.
Returns must respect all stated timeframes. Late returns will be re-listed for sale instead of refunded.
Returning a Final Sale Item
ReSee is happy to re-sell any Final Sale item you no longer wish to keep. Please note that fees apply.
How to Re-Sell an Item:
Step 1 – Email contact@resee.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and reason for the re-sale.
Step 2 – We’ll send you a payment link for a pre-paid DHL return label. Once paid, you’ll receive the label and a scheduled pick-up time.
Step 3 – After receipt and inspection, the item will be re-listed under your account. You’ll receive 100% of the sale minus shipping, transaction, and customs/duties once it’s sold.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
The 5% transaction fee is non-refundable.
