Return Policy
ReSee offers three types of return policies:
- Return for Refund
- Return for ReSee Wallet Credit
- Final Sale
The applicable return option is clearly indicated on each product page.
Return for Refund
Some items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- A flat return fee of €45 will be deducted from all refunds
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
Return for ReSee Wallet Credit
Some items are eligible for return via ReSee Wallet Credit.
- You will receive 100% of the item value (excluding shipping)
- Your balance can be used for another purchase within 6 months
- Any remaining balance stays available for future use
This allows you to select another piece from our collection without losing value.
Final Sale
Some items are not eligible for return.
Items are final sale if:
- Indicated as final sale on the product page
- Purchased using ReSee Wallet
- Not eligible under return conditions
How Return Eligibility Is Determined
Return eligibility depends on the location of the item and the shipping region.
This is automatically determined and clearly displayed on each product page before purchase.
How to Return an Item
Returns are requested directly from your account.
Step 1
Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return
Submit your request with a reason
Step 2
Once approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid DHL label
- A scheduled pick-up
Step 3
Send your item back within the required timeframe
Step 4
Once received and approved, your refund is issued:
- To your original payment method, or
- To your ReSee Wallet
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition
- The ReSee hanger tag must remain attached
- Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
Late or non-compliant returns may be refused.
ReSee Wallet
- Valid for 6 months from issuance
- Can be used across multiple purchases
- Cannot be withdrawn or refunded in cash
- Items purchased using ReSee Wallet are final sale
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours
- The 5% transaction fee is non-refundable
